MoWave One's website collects personal data only when you voluntarily interact with it. Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional) and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Usage analytics: we collect anonymized browsing data (pages visited, session duration, traffic source) via PostHog, without personal identification. We do not collect credit card details, passwords or sensitive information on this site.

In software development projects, MoWave One may access system data and business information provided by the Client. In that context, we act as a data processor on behalf of the Client (controller), handling that information exclusively for project purposes and with contractually guaranteed confidentiality.

We use the following service providers: • PostHog for anonymized site usage analytics (no personal identification) • Vercel for website hosting • FormSubmit for contact form delivery (the message is forwarded to our email and not stored by us) Contact form data is received by email and is not shared with anyone else.
